🌌 A Night to Remember 🌌 Last night, the Aur 🌌 A Night to Remember 🌌 Last night, the Aurora Australis stole the show, lighting up the southern skies in a spectacle I almost missed. With four hours of driving during the day and a late one the night before, I hadn’t planned on venturing out again. But after dinner, I couldn’t resist the call of the night sky—and wow, am I glad I did! The excitement was undeniable—I called my wife after the shoot, and she could hear it in my voice. This display of southern lights was nothing short of breathtaking. 📸 Captured across two setups: * Canon 5D Mk IV with the Sigma 35mm ART * Canon R6 Mk II with a Canon 24-70mm ✨ Featured here is the majestic dead tree I often go to, bathed in vibrant pinks and reds from the aurora. It was one of those still, freezing nights where everything just lined up. The southern lights danced low on the horizon, right beneath the Magellanic Clouds.
