Being near the seaside is a special thing and now that we have a place we can go back to over and over its been easy to find that spending hours here has become a favourite pastime. This place is a constant source of peace for us.

Canberra turned on a beauty last night. I've been here multiple times only for the weather to not be friendly to me. But last night it ended up being amazing.

The funny thing is, this was not my site of choice last night, I had planned for another site but when I got there I found it wasn't going to work as I had pictured it so I headed off to this one only to find the road was closed from the Monaro side. So back off up the Monaro I headed via another site check at Burra, which I'll hope to get back to later in the week, I got back here just after the sun set and was able to watch the Milky Way show. It's funny how things work out sometimes.
