Once a complete archway connecting to the mainland, the "bridge" partially collapsed in 1990, leaving behind this majestic formation. Sculpted by relentless waves and wind, the limestone cliffs here showcase millions of years of erosion and geological history.

This striking rock formation, shaped by the relentless power of the southern Pacific Ocean, has been sculpted over millions of years to resemble a camel’s head and hump from one side. Located along the Sapphire Coast, it’s a must-visit for anyone who loves rugged coastal landscapes.

With a 2-second exposure, I was able to capture the ocean's movement as it wrapped around the rocks, creating a soft, misty effect that shows the beauty and force of the sea at dusk.

As we set sail from Sitka aboard Royal Caribbean’s *Brilliance of the Seas*, the sky gifts us an incredible sight. While the sun sets in a blaze of colours behind us, the subtle first quarter moon makes its quiet entrance, nestled among the clouds and watching over the rugged Alaskan islands. The calm, pastel hues and the stillness of the water create an unforgettable scene, contrasting beautifully with the boldness of the sunset. Little did I know that the moon didn't get much higher than that as it traversed the sky during the night, so different from what we experience back home here in Canberra.
